My role: Sr. Content Strategist

Key contributions: Wrote microcopy, synthesized macro content requirements from cross-functional teams, ensured consistency & accuracy, created & managed content matrices, managed & track updates & defects.

Current state & problem

1. Users were overwhelmed with their plan choices. 

2. The plan selection tiles were copy heavy. 

3. There was a lack of clarity on what users actually get with each plan. 

  1. To create copy that captures extreme simplicity–only the bare minimum with the greatest impact. 

  2. Update copy per our 3.0 style guidelines.

  3. Easily integrate the perks, optimizing our 3rd party relationships, into the buying experience.
