My role: Sr. Content Strategist

Key contributions: Wrote micro, navigational & descriptive copy, created & managed content matrices, managed & track updates & defects.

Current state & problem

  1. Dashboard reads like a bill.

  2. Language is not engaging and lacks direction.

  3. Inconsistencies across experiences.

  1. Align copy to our new brand guidelines. 

  2. Integrate new functionality with educational language. Make the visuals & data make sense at first glance.

  3. Create parity between both mobile & home account owners.

Content goals

Refreshed user account dashboard for Fios

  • Addresses all types of Verizon customers.

  • Brings the depth of a paper bill, account metrics, equipment & additional services into one view.

One integrated view

  • Moderated testing on a multitude of greeting subheads. Created final matrix to be used for development.

  • Collaborated with designers on how the data should be presented and communicated.

  • Wrote descriptive copy for all of the sections.

  • Created matrix of copy to be used for various test cases.
