Refreshed user account dashboard for Fios
Addresses all types of Verizon customers.
Brings the depth of a paper bill, account metrics, equipment & additional services into one view.
One integrated view
Moderated testing on a multitude of greeting subheads. Created final matrix to be used for development.
Collaborated with designers on how the data should be presented and communicated.
Wrote descriptive copy for all of the sections.
Created matrix of copy to be used for various test cases.
